She is survived by: her sons, Douglas E. Baily (Kathy) and Stuart L. Baily (Trish); her husband Fred (Fred); her sister Suzanne Hanley of Virginia Beach; and her grandchildren, John and Jennifer Baily of Albany. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
She drove for Meals on Wheels until the program shut down because of Covid.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Charlton Freehold Presbyterian Church, the Galway Emergency Medical Services, or to a community non-profit charity.
