He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Cervenak and Margaret Cervenak (Corcoran). He is survived by: his wife Beth (Gier); his children, Corinne and Noah Cervenak; and his siblings, John Jr. Cervenak (Nancy) and Margaret Brown (Derek). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
