He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Decker and Vivian Decker (Garlock); and his siblings, Elizabeth Decker and Larry Decker. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Decker; his sister Debra Munno (William); his sister-in-law Judy Decker of Medina, NY; his sons, Kurt Decker of Saratoga Springs, NY and Chris Decker (Lori); and his grandchildren, Jack, Nick, Cali, Sarah and Julia.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation be made to the American Cancer Society.
