He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Mangino and Adeline Mangino; and his brothers, Anthony Mangino and Albert Mangino. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his close friend Gail Curcio; his daughter Donna Prieto (Jose); his granddaughter Caleigh Hansen; his great grandchild Jesse Lewis of Vero Beach, Florida; his daughter Patricia Mangino; his grandson Eric Rosse (Adrianna); his great grandchild Adeline Rosse; his granddaughter Augusta Hayner of Malta; his daughter Tina Mangino-Coffey (Michael); his grandchildren, Michael Coffey, Jr. and Mattison Coffey of Ballston Spa; his son Ralph Mangino Jr. (Meggan); his grandchildren, Avery and Roman Mangino of Ballston Spa; and his siblings, Richard Mangino (Pauline) and Marlene McKinney (Tom). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

I knew Ralph years ago when he lived in Schenectady just off of Upper Union St. Ralph was a friend and always treated me very well when I was looking for an automobile, he really jumpted through hoop many times to find a car for me. We were both car lovers and I bought most of my cars from Ralph. I am so saddened to hear of his passing. James Podbielski, Pompano Beach, Florida”
