He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale Monaco and Antoinette Monaco; and his siblings, Albert, Anthony, Bernard, Donald, Harry, James, Joseph, Louis, Olivio, Jenny Odorizzi, Josephine Dufort, Kathryn D'Ambro, Sophie Wolfersheim and Theresa Monaco.

He is survived by: his wife Verna French; his children, Antoinette McCollum, Sonta Mone, Pasquale Monaco (Rhonda), Theresa Little (John), Jennifer Gregory (Tom) and Robert Monaco (Andrea); his grandchildren, Nicholas Mone (Casey), Antoinette Prock (Josh), Matthew Little (Joanna), John Little, Ronald Redmond, Anthony Monaco, Joseph Monaco and Keenon McCollum; and his great grandchildren, Addison Prock, Mason Redmond, Cody Redmond, Melanie Little and Isabelle Little. He is also survived by several extended family members, and numerous nieces and nephews.
