It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Delaurie of Ballston Spa, New York, born in Gloversville, New York, who passed away on September 2, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence DeLaurie and Emmeline DeLaurie; and his sister Janis Vietri. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia DeLaurie (Wassel); his children, Cheryl Smith (Wade), Elise Markham (Michael), Denise Smith and Jon DeLaurie (Carrie); his grandchildren, Peyton Smith, Taylyn Markham, Justin Smith (Tina), Alayna Smith, Julia Smith, Kory Grange, Jacob DeLaurie and Ava DeLaurie; and his great grandchild Jackson Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial contributions in Larry's name be made to St. Mary's Church or Community Hospice of Saratoga.
