He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. O'Neill and Grace Obnibene O'Neill. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Egan O'Neill; his children, Kelly Burrus, Kimberly Miller (Mike), Kerry Selfridge (Tom) and Joseph J. O'Neill III; and his grandchildren, Grace, Isabella Burrus, Nick, Jack, Emily Selfridge and Aiden O'Neill.
