John D. Forshey Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2022, at the age of 82, John D. Forshey (Ballston Spa, New York), born in McVeytown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Forshey and Mary Forshey; his son Lee; and his siblings, Gene, Pete, Bill, Carl, Ken and Donnie.

He is survived by: his wife Sheryl; his sons, John Forshey, Jr. (Patti) and Paul Forshey (Guinevere); the mother of his children Donna Hatley; his stepchildren, Bill Hillebrandt, Jr. and Trisha Sullivan (David); his grandchildren, Adam, Paxton and Owen Forshey; his stepgrandchildren, Brook, Breonna, Brittnee, David Sullivan and Allison Hillebrandt; and his siblings, Sara Dickson, Dean Forshey, Jerry Forshey and Kathy Reiss. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family is requesting all visitors to wear a mask.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of John may be made to the Community Hospice of Saratoga or Malta Stillwater EMS.
