He was predeceased by: his mother Beverly Best, Sr.. He is survived by: his fiancée Nancy Crandall; his children, John T. Best (Ezea) and Theodora Kirker (Daniel); his father John A. Best, Sr.; and his sister Lori Skelton. He is also survived by three grandsons and a niece.
