He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James and Edna Hummer, Sr.; his wife Carol; his children, Ann Burstin (John), Roxanne Guy, Barbara Burstin (Tony), Loretta Hetke (Dale) and Murray Burstin; his grandchildren, Robert (Tori), Nicole, Troy, Keith, Paulie, Jacky, Jess (Ken), Jimmy (Heather) and Caelan; his great grandchildren, Saige, Aspen, Connor, Elliott, Brayden and Rilley; and his siblings, John Hummer and Doris Dundon. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
