She was predeceased by: her husband William "Vince" Welch; her stepson Billy; and her siblings, Carolyn and Melvin. She is survived by: her children, Michael Mulvaney (Joanne), Joseph Mulvaney, Jr. (Gerrylynn), Alan Mulvaney (Mary), Kenneth Mulvaney (Tanya) and Joanne Isabella (Carmen); her stepchildren, Michael Welch (Michelle) and Colleen Hadley (John); and her brother George Blakeslee (Marylee). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
