With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gerald J. McNerney of Ballston Spa, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 17, 2025 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gerald J. McNerney to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank McNerney and Nora McNerney (Kelly); and his siblings, Nora Keenan, Anna Windels, Frank McNerney and Gloria McNerney.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen McNerney (Sutton); his children, Gerald McNerney (Maureen) of Rockville Centre, NY, Patricia McNerney of Washington, DC, Christopher McNerney (Erin) of Matthews, NC, Andrea Wilk (Jeff) of Hopkinton, MA, Dennis McNerney (Michelle) of Orangeburg, NY and James McNerney of Albany, NY; his grandchildren, Ryan, Grace, Mae, Annie, Bridget, Maura, Sebastian and Scarlett; and his siblings, Marion Murray, Andrew McNerney and Kathleen Coady. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Armer Funeral Home, Inc. (39 E High St, Ballston Spa, NY 12020). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (167 Milton Ave, Ballston Spa, NY 12020).
