He is survived by: his son Fred Harris, Jr. (Jan) of Ballston Spa; his daughter-in-law Mary Ellen Palmateer of Saratoga Springs; his stepson Ricky Palmateer (Crystal) of Ballston Spa; his grandchildren, Brittany King (Shaughn), Jessica Macchi (Todd), Rusty Palmateer III, Sarah Smith (Steve) and Melisa Colvin; and his close friend Florence Lenz. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
