With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emlyn J. Petel (Ballston Spa, New York), born in Glens Falls, New York, who passed away on September 3, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Petel and Mildred Petel; his wife Helen; and his siblings, William (Patricia), Carol and Marguerite. He was also cherished by 16 children, 18 grandchildren, several great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Emlyn may be made to the American Cancer Society.
