He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Manning and Doris Wade; his sister Beverly Charles; and his nephew David Bull. He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, Earl Manning Jr. (Kimberly Hunt), Bobbie Manning (John LaRue) and Kimmie Manning (Nick Morocco); his grandchildren, Anthony, Justine, Ella, John and Devin; and his siblings, John Manning (Colleen), Cathy Duffney, Rita Bull (David) and Randy Manning. He is also survived by family and many friends.
