She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Maki and Edward Maki; and her siblings, Edward, Jane, Rose, Michael and Jack.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Van Den Houten; her daughters, Terri, Tracie and Tami; her grandchildren, Shelbi, Nicholas and Christopher Merrifield; and her siblings, Donald, Bruce, Victor, Jimmy and Helene. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
