Blonkowski of Ballston Spa, New York, born in Amsterdam, New York, who passed away on March 5, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Mielcasz and Josephine Burek Mielcasz; her husband Edward B. Blonkowski; her stepmother Jean Halgas Mielcasz; her uncle Lester Mielcasz; and her son-in-law Todd Yaeger.
She is survived by: her children, Joanne Romano (Peter), Paul Blonkowski (Lili) and Nancy Yaeger; her grandchildren, Brittany Siminitz (Jesse), Stephanie Yaeger and Morgan Yaeger; her great grandchildren, Eloise and Lucille Siminitz; her sister Phyllis Zumbolo (Marco); and her extra special neighbor Betty Lenarciak. She is also survived by three nephews; several cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, in care of the funeral home.
