It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles D. Plummer (Ballston Spa, New York), who passed away on January 21, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Plummer and Mary Plummer (Debra). He is survived by: his daughter Christina Plummer; and his siblings, Robert Plummer and Peggy Sturtevant. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
