She is survived by: her daughter Nicole Cozzens; her husband Kevin E. Potter; her daughter Danielle (Joe); her stepchildren, Morgan (Kyle), Amanda (Stephen) and Jordan; and her grandchildren, Cooper John, Mason Peter, Henry Michael, Nora, Kayson, Manny and Emmy.
