He is survived by: his daughter Mackenzie; his parents, Steve Cerny and Sherri Cerny; his siblings, Brock Cerny (Ashley), Misty Verret (Patrick), Jordan Cerny (Stephanie), Shannon Cerny and Charlotte Cerny (Michael); and his grandmother Florence Cerny. He is also survived by many aunts uncles, nieces, and nephews.
