She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanislaus Czelusniak and Agnes Czelusniak (Vengloski). She is survived by: her daughters, Sheri Collins (Rob) and Tracy Czub (late Joseph); her grandchildren, Devin Collins (Caroline) and Dylan Collins; her great grandchild Eloise Collins; her sisters, Irene Czelusniak and Joan Raven; her niece Diane McLaughlin (Brian); her nephew Mark Raven; and her great-nieces, Brenna and Megan McLaughlin.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Townley & Wheeler Funeral Home (21 Midline Rd, Ballston Lake, NY 12019).
