It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard R. Allen (Ballston Lake, New York), who passed away on September 14, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Allen and Elsie Allen (Stoneburner); his former wife Judith; and his son Robert K. Allen. He is survived by: his wife Pat; and his children, Randal Allen (Jeanne) and Richelle Modic (Kevin). He is also survived by three great-grandchildren, stepdaughters.
