He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Czelusniak and Apolonia "Libbie" Czelusniak; and his siblings, Regina Czelusniak and Leonard Czelusniak. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Wendy Fanning (Chris) of Sahuarita, AZ, Janette Mathews (Ricky) of Lutherville, MD and Kevin Czelusniak (Kara) of Ballston Lake, NY.; his grandchildren, Connor, Kevin, Colin, Corinne Fanning, Quinn, Bryce, Paige Mathews, Brendan, Griffin, Ryan and Mason Czelusniak; and his nephews, Gary Chatnik and Don Chadwick. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
