Joseph F. Legnard Obituary

We bid farewell to Joseph F. Legnard of Ballston Lake, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 17, 2025 at the age of 77. Joseph touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis J. Legnard and Yolanda Legnard (DiFabio). He is survived by: his significant other Vera A. Legnard (VanOlinda); his daughter Libby Detschelt (Alex); his grandchildren, Remi and Luke of Irwin, PA; his daughter Kate Fiorilli (Joe); his granddaughters, Ada and Lena of Massapequa, NY; his daughter Mary Legnard; his grandchild Charlie of Altamont, NY; his daughter Theresa Legnard of Malta, NY.; and his sisters, Maria Rancourt (René) and Francis Bernard (Andy Perez). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Please Enter Funeral Home (208 N Allen St, Albany, NY 12206). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Please Enter the Funeral Home (208 N Allen St, Albany, NY 12206).
