He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Schaub and Mary Mae Schaub; his brothers, Paul and Edward; his wife Sue; and his daughter Rosemary.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff (Debbie), Greg, Peter (Dawn), Daniel Schaub (Mary) and Ann Hoffman (Erik); his grandchildren, Danielle, Emily, Brittany, Rachel, Nicholas, Addison, Sophia, Quinn, Emma, Leo and Lillian; and his great grandchildren, Rowen John and Maeve Grace.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in John's memory may be made to the Church of the Immaculate Conception or to a charity of choice.
