He was predeceased by: his parents, John V. Czub and Evelyn Czub (Belrose). He is survived by: his wife Linda Czub (Hartje); his children, David Czub (Tammy), Christopher Czub and Shari Buthfer (David); his grandchildren, Alexa Czub (Kyle), Jenna Russell (Joe), Lauren Buthfer and Ryan Buthfer; and his siblings, Richard, Jim, Gene, JoAnn and Marilou. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
