She was predeceased by: her parents, John Adamec and Anna Adamec (Omiatek); and her sister Rose Wszolek. She is survived by: her husband Michael V. Lesniak, Jr.; her children, Michael V. Lesniak III and Kristen A. Baker (Bryan); her grandsons, Jonathan Baker and Andrew Baker; her brothers-in-law, Robert Wszolek and Thomas Lesniak (Mary Lou); her niece Shanna Whitney (Ben); and her nephews, Nicholas Lesniak and John Kronsbein.
