He was predeceased by: his parents, James Seymour and Ruth Blair Ellsworth; and his brother Daniel Ellsworth. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Baker Ellsworth; his children, James J. Ellsworth, Jr. (late Michele), Julie A. Ellsworth-DeVoe (Fred), Theresa M. Iwaneczko (Peter) and David J. Ellsworth (Cheryle); and his siblings, Jacqueline Disonell (late John), Bonnie Ratalsky (Joe), Michael Ellsworth (Debbie) and Patrick Ellsworth (Linda). He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and his many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home (1550 US-9, Clifton Park, NY 12065). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital, 51 Blossom St. Boston, MA 02114 in Jim's memory.
