With profound sadness, we say goodbye to George H. Wiederkehr (Ballston Lake, New York), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans Wiederkehr and Maria Wiederkehr (Haag); and his wife Merilyn Wiederkehr (Grove). He is survived by: his children, Sue Wiederkehr, Hans Wiederkehr (Karen), Heidi McCarthy (Kevin), Tony Wiederkehr (Annette), David Wiederkehr, Elizabeth Faklaris (John) and George Wiederkehr (Brenda). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A wake was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Townley & Wheeler Funeral Home (21 Midline Rd, Ballston Lake, NY 12019). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of the Immaculate Conception (400 Saratoga Rd, Schenectady, NY 12302). A burial was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the St. Peter's Cemetery (150 West Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866).
