Mills (Ballston Lake, New York), born in Herkimer, New York, who passed away on April 18, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Swietlikowski; his children, Kristen Pytell (Walter) and Erin Collings (Shaun); his grandchildren, Harry, Oliver, Lila, Charlotte Pytell and Brielle Collings; his siblings, Marilyn Foley and Jackie Blais; and his brothers-in-law, Art Foley, Foster Elwood and Joseph Swietlikowski (Ellie).
