He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Niemeyer and Macherie L. K. Niemeyer (Kargoll); and his brother Alfred "Skip" Niemeyer. He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Niemeyer (Coryell); his children, Amy Roe (Scott) and Chad Niemeyer (Lyn); and his granddaughters, Ashleigh Roe, Evelyn and Josephine Niemeyer.
