Cochrane (Ballston Lake, New York), born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on November 23, 2024, at the age of 36, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Tom Rogan; her parents, Dianne Poulin (Mike) and Brian Cochrane; her siblings, Jen Cochrane and Sean Cochrane; her stepson Jake Rogan; her stepbrother James Poulin; her in-laws, Tom, Paul (Jenn) and Katie Rogan; her nieces and nephews, Hayley, Jessica, Keira, Leah, Emma and Owen; and her pets, Lexi and Ace. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and loyal friends.
