We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2023, at the age of 89, Catherine Marie Watkins of Ballston Lake, New York, born in Granville, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard E. Williams and Jane Williams; her former husband Kenneth P. Watkins; and her siblings, Richard E. Williams, Jr. and Jean Williams White.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Kell (Byron) and Glen Watkins; and her granddaughter Crystal G. Watkins. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
