He was predeceased by: his parents, William O'Keefe, and Mildred O'Keefe, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Joyce A. O'Keefe; his children, Joseph O'Keefe (Lori), Julie Sul (Yong), Elizabeth Quackenbush (Garrett), William O'Keefe (Autumn), Erin Lindsay (Robert) and James O'Keefe (Jessica); and his grandchildren, Hayley, Eavan, Will, Owen, Liam, Xavier, Emerson, Olivia, Siena, Ryan, Griffin and Zachary.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Maurer Funeral Home (3541 NY-31, Baldwinsville, NY 13027). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Pope John Xxiii Roman Catholic Church (8290 Soule Rd, Liverpool, NY 13090).
