He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Burgess and Carol Burgess; his brother Robert Burgess; and his nephew Jason Cowen. He is survived by: his daughters, Erica Garelick (Jason) of Baldwinsville and Amanda Burgess (Benjamin White) of Liverpool; and his sisters, Jackie, Linda and Cindy. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven nephews.
