She was predeceased by: her husband William Neagley. She is survived by: her children, Alice Manning of Baldwinsville, NY, Dr. Linda Neagley of Houston, TX, Mark Neagley of Shelburne, VT and John Neagley of San Diego, CA; and her grandchildren, Ted Manning, Mathew Manning, Paige Manning, Sam Neagley, Anna Taylor and Heidi Webb. She is also survived by her four children, 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
