He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Frank, Catherine Squadrito, Gaetano and Luigina Cusumano. He is survived by: his wife Betsy Cusumano (Reid); his children, Vito, Talia, Vincent and Dominic; his parents, Vito Cusumano and Frances Cusumano; his siblings, Luisa Capsello (Jeff) and Frank Cusumano (Jamie); his siblings-in-law, Tracy Lamb, James, Dale Sotherden and Terry Reid; and his nieces and nephews, Serena, Adrianna Capsello, Arabella, Francesca, Frankie Cusumano, Dante, Alonzo and Gia Lamb.
