She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick H. Flaherty II and Elizabeth Gere Russell; and her brother Frederick Flaherty III. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Kathy Flaherty; and her brother Peter Flaherty. She is also survived by four loving nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to your local SPCA.
