“Tom, So very sorry to hear of your wife's passing. Remembering the struggles she, you and the family went through to get her to a point where she could enjoy life a little more, it seems more hurtful that it didn't last as long as hoped for. I had intended to get to visitation today but sometimes plans just don't go right. You probably had those days, Sarah's health the way it was. I can relate because her issues are my issues - at least similarly. That can make things out of reach.”
