She is survived by: her parents, Thomas Perkins and Roxanne Cumm Perkins; her sister Jennifer Vann (Mark Stevens); her grandmother Marceline Cumm Ecker; her aunts, Ann Marie Perkins, Ellen (Jeff Stevens), Sue (Duane Woodall) and Joan Perkins; and her uncle Lawrence (Lynore Cumm).
