He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Piazza and Mary Deambra Piazza. He is survived by: his children, Mary Roman Catholic Church, Sam J. Piazza, Jr. (Victoria) of Central Square, NY, Tracy Pankowski (Joel) of Baldwinsville, NY and Matthew Piazza (Rebecca) of Cicero, NY; his grandchildren, Eric, Samantha, Mary Jane, Joey, Stacy, Trevor, A. J. and Tyler; his great grandchild Zayden; and his sister Joan Campbell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
