He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy; his brothers, Phillip and Kenneth Rosen; his sister-in-law Gail Rosen; and his son-in-law John Cowher.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Cowher of Solvay, Sally Struble (Charles) of Pennellville, Julie Rosen (David) of Baldwinsville and John Wise (Joanne) of Lakeland; his brother Daniel Rosen (Lynne) of Albany; and his sister-in-law Constance Rosen of Greenville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
