We are sad to announce that on April 7, 2025, at the age of 88, Ronald C. Madsen of Baldwinsville, New York, born in Brooklyn, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Pat; his sister Diane; and his parents, Kathleen Madsen and Christian Madsen. He is survived by: his daughters, Kristen Capannola (Richard) of Westfield, MA and Kathryn McShane (William) of Collegeville, PA; his grandchildren, Morgan Adams, Lauren Capannola and Ryan McShane; and his great grandchild Kieran McShane. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Maurer Funeral Home (3541 NY-31, Baldwinsville, NY 13027). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations in Ron's name to Syracuse Home at McHarrie Place, 7740 Meigs Road, Baldwinsville, NY 13027 or to a charity of your choice.
