He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Victory and Hazel Victory; his daughter Maribeth Herbert; and his brother Charles Victory. He is survived by: his wife Judith DeNeve Victory; and his children, Amy (Mark), Mark and Charles (Joy). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
