He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gerald B. and Lois G. Minnoe, Sr. (Waldron); his wife E. Lois Minnoe (Savage); his children, James Minnoe (Kim) and Dawn Urschel; and his sister Connie Marsh. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
