He was predeceased by: his parents, Hedroig Elsa Charlotte (Stahle) and Carl Abbot Pitcher. He is survived by: his former wife Harriett H. Whitcomb; his stepson Robert James Jr.; his wife Janice Pitcher; his former wife Harriett Pitcher; his children, Julie Pitcher, Laurie Teague (Wade), Amy Adams Spade (Larry) and Robert Pitcher, Jr. (Karen); and his sisters, Norma Soutar, Virginia Weston, Mary Atkinson and Barbara Kerr. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and many nieces & nephews.
