He is survived by: his significant other Lynne Kovac; and his children, Brian Moorhead (Kathleen Cook) of Pennellville, Carlie Myers (Dan) of Apalachin and Chris Moorhead (Loretta) of Central Square. He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
