He is survived by: his wife Jean Weber Fox; his children, Elizabeth Ann, Daniel Joseph (Amy) of Baldwinsville and Richard III (Cindy) of Houston, TX.; his siblings, Mariles Rush (Donald), James (Mary) of Venice, FL and Susan Marquart (Steve) of Harrisburg, PA.; and his grandchildren, Christopher Coleman, Richard IV of Houston, TX, Nolan James Fox and Phoenix Jean Jordan Fox of Baldwinsville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
