She was predeceased by: her parents, Angelo T. Scarsi and Carmella Scarsi (Lupo); and her brother-in-law Paul Smith. She is survived by: her husband William Halpin of Baldwinsville; her children, Bill Halpin (Hollie) of Palo Alto, CA, Shawn Halpin (Dana) of Liverpool, NY, Patrick (Pamela) of Lattingtown, NY and Kathleen Harrington (Jim) of Pittsfield, MA; her grandchildren, Alexander, Amelia, Julia, CatherineHalpin, Rachel, Brittany Halpin, Patrick, Megan, Joseph, Jenna Halpin, Kellie and Eric Harrington; and her siblings, John Scarsi (Patty), Carleen Smith and Angela Bersani (Tom). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
