We are sad to announce that on August 27, 2022, at the age of 75, Patricia A. Pavia of Baldwinsville, New York, born in Syracuse, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Daniel Pavia; her former husband Dennis Smith; and her mother-in-law Bernice Smith. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Meloling (Peter), Sheri Young (Ryan) and Gary Smith (Nicole); her grandchildren, Alex, Dylan, Kaleigh, Joseph and Greg; her great grandchild Xander; her siblings, Karen "Sissy" Pavia (Gloria Giannone), Charlene Barres, Danielle Baines (James) and Alan Liebowitz (Kim); and her pets, Yasi, Beah and Ella Mae. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
